You Ask, We Answer!

We often get asked many of the same questions, as purchasing a new service can be daunting. If you just require some clarity, hopefully the answers are within this section for you, if not - please hit the 'contact' tab, and we will be sure to put your mind at ease, as soon as possible.

Are you insured?

Yes! Absolutely!  We had insurance before we touched our first commercial car, and we  will have insurance when we touch our last.  Every job we carry out will be covered. Our insurance covers us heavily for mobile and static. Our certificate  can be seen on the wall of the studio.

Do you only cover  Neath?

No. Whilst we don't like to 'tread on others toes' as such, we understand that for us to grow as a business, we need to grow  our territory.   

Is there a mileage charge?

We only charge per mile, if you go out of our original 15 mile radius. for this, we charge 0.70p per mile.

Do you charge more for mobile?

We dont charge any extra for mobile. Our service prices stay the same.

Is it only cars you do?

No. Anything that has wheels, we cover. We do: Cars, vans,  motorbikes, SUV's, 4x4  campavans, static caravans, lorries etc. We also cover household work (please contact us to query  this).

Can you offer detailing packages mobile?

90% of the time, yes. It is dependent    on the package you require vs  the environment    we require. (Please contact us to discuss this further)

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We take a 25% deposit to secure your booking. Without this paid, we will unfortunately  not book you in, nor will we keep a slot empty for you.  We take booking fees simply due to clients not turning up on the day, or very late cancellations in the evening    before an appointment, which then results on our  business loosing money. We will issue a invoice prior  to booking an appointment, once the deposit is  paid, you will receive another invoice stating this, and you will be booked in. We accept  cash, bank transfer, paypal (although you will need to cover the paypal fee) or you can pay direct from the invoice. Please note - Deposits are non refundable. 

Do you have offers, sales or discounts?

Yes. We have discounts that apply all year around if you are a public servant. So, if you serve or have served  our country in the military,  Police Force, NHS (Doctors, nurses, Gp's etc)   or  part of our fire department,    you can qualify for up-to 15% of our packages.   This will require ID.  We also offer a discount if you are active Taxi at up-to  10%  of our packages. We offer over  65's a discount of up-to 10%. Every now and then, we will run free competitions through our social media accounts and we will often do a random ofer on a selected package.

Can you help with gift  ideas?

Yes. We have been running personalized gift vouchers now for a few years. these are great for fathers/mothers day, Christmas, birthdays or  even just as a little treat. we customize    them to suit you, including names, and personal messages. We offer support in doing this, if you are unsure on which package to purchase.
